About
I’m Jianghui Xiong, founder and researcher at DeepoMe , based in Beijing, China.
My work sits at the intersection of epigenetics, aging biology, and AI. Current research threads:
- Epigenetic state quantification — DNA methylation-based biological age estimation and module-level aging clocks.
- Biomedical world models — SteeraMed, a steerable world model for N-of-1 longevity medicine. Its core, the DNet dependency network, unifies Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern biomedicine into a single computable graph of 332 aging / chronic-disease modules.
- AI agents for drug repurposing — SteeraMed Bench: a human-scale testbed (332 modules × 1,916 small molecules × chronic-disease tasks) for building and evaluating self-learning reasoning agents.
Preprints
- Toward a Self-Learning AI Agent for Drug Repurposing: Building Human-Scale Representations for Virtual Patients (with Qianchen Xia, Tsinghua University) — DOI 10.20944/preprints202608.0998
- SteeraMed: A Biomedical World Model for N-of-1 Trial-Style Intervention Reasoning — DOI 10.20944/preprints202605.1578
- World Models for Biomedicine: A Steerability Framework — DOI 10.20944/preprints202605.0366

About this blog
Short notes on preprints, aging-clock methods, and building AI tools for longevity medicine. This is the canonical home of my writing — posts appear here first and syndicate to the fediverse.
